  1. 08:02 in

They clock in from their phone

Or from the browser, or from a shared tablet with a PIN or an RFID card. Nobody is left out.

  2. 14:00 break

    Breaks are counted

They come off the total on their own. No subtracting by hand and no arguing at month end about how long lunch was.

  3. 18:07 out

    Seven minutes over

They go to the hours bank, not to a sticky note. You decide whether they are paid back in time or in money.

  4. day 1 report

    And it reaches you closed

Hours, overtime and absences in Excel or CSV. And in PDF if the inspectorate calls.

The starting point

What your clients are already asking you

"I've had a letter from the inspectorate, what do I do?"

The record has to be available there and then, with the daily detail for each worker over the last four years. With JornAda you download it as PDF or Excel, filtered by employee, site or period.

"We still use the clock-in spreadsheet, is that fine?"

No. The law requires a daily, objective and reliable record. A spreadsheet filled in from memory at month end is none of those, and it is the first thing to fall apart in an inspection.

"Couldn't you just handle this for me?"

You can, with nothing to set up. You create the company, configure the working hours, and the records reach you calculated for payroll. This is the conversation that turns into a billing line.

The conversation is already happening

Time tracking is already on your desk. The only thing left to decide is whether you handle it or somebody else does.

And if you handle it, that it costs your team nothing.

For your practice

What your firm gets

A new billing line

A commission every month for each company you sign up, for as long as they stay active. Not a one-off extra per new client: recurring revenue on the client base you already have.

Less work on every payroll run

Hours worked, overtime, hours bank, absences and holidays arrive calculated and exportable to Excel or CSV. No more chasing timesheets over WhatsApp at month end.

The easiest sale in your catalogue

Nobody needs convincing that they have to comply with the law. Time tracking comes up on its own when an inspection, a new hire or an overtime claim lands.

Your team does not become the helpdesk

Onboarding, staff training and support are on us. When an employee cannot work out how to clock in, they do not call you.

For your clients

What the company you sign up gets

It is not just a time clock: it is the full HR platform. It all comes in the same service.

Clock in from anywhere

Web, iOS and Android app, or a shared tablet in kiosk mode with a PIN or an RFID card. Nobody misses a record for not having a phone.

Shift scheduling

Visual planning by category, overlap detection and bulk assignment across the whole workforce.

Holidays and absences

More than twenty absence types, a request and approval flow with notifications, and public holidays already loaded.

Hours bank and overtime

JornAda works out the balance between hours worked and hours expected, and handles time or cash compensation.

Signed payslips and documents

Upload a single PDF with every payslip and the AI files each one by ID number into the right employee folder. With digital signature and bulk sending.

Reports for the inspectorate

Excel, CSV or PDF filtered by employee, site, department or period. What an inspection asks for, in seconds.

The law

Recording working time is mandatory in Spain

Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 requires every company to record each employee's working day. JornAda makes compliance automatic.

Mandatory since 2019

Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 requires every company to record the start and end time of each worker's day, with no exception for size or sector.

It is a serious offence

Failing to keep the working time record, or keeping it badly, is a serious offence under the LISOS. The labour inspectorate penalises it and the amount is graded according to each company's circumstances.

Four-year retention

Records must be kept for four years and be available at any moment to the labour inspectorate and to the employees themselves.

JornAda meets the law

A reliable digital record, timestamped to the minute, exportable to PDF and Excel. Inspection-ready from day one.

WHAT ACCOUNTING FIRMS ASK

Frequently asked questions about time tracking for accounting firms

Not today. Each company has its own space in JornAda and one email address cannot administer two companies at once. If you manage several, we set you up with one address per client.

Clock-in from the browser, the iOS and Android app or a shared tablet in kiosk mode with a PIN or an RFID card; shift scheduling; holidays and absences with approval flows; an hours bank; payslips and documents with digital signature; and exportable reports. It all comes in the same service.

They can trial JornAda alongside it for fifteen days, with no credit card. The whole workforce is created in one go through CSV import, so switching does not cost anyone a morning.

No. They can clock in from the browser, from the iOS and Android app, or from a shared tablet in kiosk mode with a PIN or an RFID card. Nobody is left out for not having a phone.

Yes. JornAda complies with Royal Decree-Law 8/2019: a daily record with exact times, four-year retention and export to PDF, Excel and CSV for the labour inspectorate.

You stop earning the commission for that company, and that is all. There is no penalty, no clawback and no lock-in on your side.
