Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 requires every company to record the start and end time of each worker's day, with no exception for size or sector.

Serious offence

Failing to keep the working time record, or keeping it badly, is a serious offence under the LISOS. The labour inspectorate penalises it and the amount is graded case by case.

Frequently asked questions about the partner programme

Nothing. There is no joining fee, no sales minimum, no exclusivity and no lock-in. You only get paid when JornAda gets paid.

It depends on the programme. As a referral partner you earn a recurring commission for as long as the client stays active; as a reseller you buy at partner rates and set the final price yourself. We agree the specific terms with you on the first call.

We do, unless you are a reseller and would rather handle first-line support yourself. Your clients' admins write to Support from inside the JornAda panel, in Spanish, Catalan or English: the AI assistant answers product questions straight away and around the clock, and whatever it cannot solve goes to our team with the whole conversation attached.

Yes. Each company still has its own space, but one admin can manage several and switch between them without logging out, on the web and in the app: when you switch, clock-ins, the team grid, documents and employees become those of the chosen company. It is not switched on by default: the JornAda team sets it up, so mention it on the first call.

When we sign the agreement we settle how sign-ups are attributed to you, and every settlement comes with a client-by-client breakdown.

No. We work the same way with a three-person practice as with a fifty-person consultancy. What matters is that you know your clients and that they need time tracking.

Yes. JornAda has a public REST API with API-key authentication and open documentation. If your software handles payroll, access control or people management, integrating is the short path.
